Analysis of Absences

Each night, by the overnight routines (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), ProMis calculates the hours lost for each type of abstraction from the beginning of the month.  These displays, separated by classification of staff (e.g. operational and non operational), are sub totaled for each category, for example all types of training or all types of leave.  You can switch instantly from a display by section to a display by groups of sections.  At each month end the final figures are stored and a new analysis begins.  However, historical analysis can be selected by one mouse click.
