Individual Duties

ProMis prepares an individual duty screen for each person.  It shows :-

• worked shifts
• planned duties
• rostered duties beyond the planned duties.

Any absences, historical or planned, that have been recorded on ProMis will be included.  Overtime and working on other sections are clearly indicated.  The hours in all categories are totaled.
The individual analysis includes :-

• hours worked

• hours overtime

• absent hours

• the total for the period selected.

There are two summaries reached from this screen.  Each shows the entire personnel, one covering an entire WTR period (normally 17 weeks) and the other covering the period selected by the User.  Each indicate the margin, in hours, before the WTR are breached.  How long does this take to do or are you avoiding doing it ?!!!!
