Entering Personnel

ProMis facilitates the viewing of all relevant information about your staff in one convenient and easily accessible location.

• Access, of course, can be restricted to authorised personnel.
• Compulsory fields are provided to ensure that no essential detail is omitted.
• Consistent and fast entry is assured by selection from predefined lists when possible.
• Two personnel identifiers ensure that each individual is uniquely distinguished throughout the ProMis program.

Further facilities allow optional entry of commonly required information :-

• next of kin,
• home address and telephone number.

There is also the facility to define your own required details which allows you to tailor ProMis to your needs.
As changes to the personnel information are made ProMis stores the original information allowing the build up of a historical picture of each individual's progress within the organisation.
