Establishment and Strength

Establishment is defined at User selected dates to show the Management's target for people of each grade at each Section.  ProMis calculates the number of people of each grade and on each Section from the nominal roll on a daily basis.  On any chosen day ProMis will instantly compile a comparison of the two totals and give an indication of any shortfalls or over manning. (Now that is a management tool!).
