Establishment is defined at selected dates to show the Management's target for man hours or man-weeks of each grade at each Section.  This is essential where part time working or job sharing is used.  ProMis calculates the number of man hours or man weeks at each grade and at each Section from the personnel records.  On any chosen day ProMis will instantly compile a comparison of the two totals and give an indication of any shortfalls or over manning.  (Another superb Management Tool!)
