Required Postings Screen

ProMis provides the facility, on a day-by-day basis, to toggle a display between all posts with the people covering them or just the required posts that are uncovered.  This may be distributed in advance to allow people to volunteer to work overtime to cover the vacant posts.  Up to three volunteers per post can be registered.  Then the operator can determine who will be selected, and by simple click 'n drag, transfer the person to the person field, answer a dialog box question to indicate overtime working or not and ProMis will :-

• update the posting sheets,
• update the advance planner,
• update individual duties,
• generate a unique overtime reference number as required.
