Weekly Returns

From the information already entered into ProMis, a report of sickness occurrences since that last printout can be produced.  This is ideal for either weekly or monthly reports and can be produced  'at the click of a button' rather than by hours of examining paper records.  The report contains an entry for each sickness period commenced, concluded or continued throughout the selected period.  The comprehensive information includes :-

• ID Number and name,
• Start date and time of first shift missed
• Date and times of last shift worked prior to going sick
• Dates certificates were received and period covered by each certificate
• Date and time reported fit for duty
• Date and time of first shift worked after being sick
• Number of days sick in the time period of the report
• Number of days sick and Working days lost during this period of sickness
• Details and type of illness
