To use the Unit Hours facility ProMis requires that the demand per hour is accessible.  For the selected day ProMis will  determine from the posting sheets the people working each hour and plot the planned 'supply' by a blue line.  Extracts from the posting sheets are shown at the left side with the units available at each section at each shift times.  By amending the numbers available on the extracts from the posting sheet a red line is superimposed to show the effect of the change.  Changes can be tried and deleted until the best fit is attained.  The User can then move from the Unit Hours screen to the Posting Sheet to effect the necessary adjustments needed to best meet the demand.  A really useful 'What If' scenario to help you make the most effective use, at the right time, of the people available.
